In connection with the sale of batteries or with the delivery of equipment containing batteries, we are obliged to draw your attention to the following:
You are legally obliged to return used batteries to end users. You can waste batteries that we carry in our assortment as new batteries or have performed, free return shipping to our warehouse (shipping address). The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:

The symbol of the crossed out wheeled bin indicates that the battery should not be treated as household waste.
Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 per cent lead
Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent cadmium
Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 per cent of mercury.

Special features in the sale of starter batteries

In connection with the sales of automotive batteries we are, where you are required pursuant to § 10 BattG per vehicle battery to charge a deposit in the amount of 7.50 Euro including VAT if you do not return a vehicle used battery at the time of purchase of a new car battery consumer.
